Born and raised in Mooresville NC, I graduated from South Iredell High School and continued my studies at Gardner-Webb University. I completed my BA in Religious Education with a focus in Youth Ministry at GWU in 2005. I am currently working on my Masters in Divinity with a focus in Pastoral Care and Counseling the GWU School of Divinity.

My heart and passion is youth and children's ministry.

My Goal as youth minister is LOVE:
- Lead youth to know God as Savior through His son Jesus Christ.
- Offer new ways to worship and experience God
- Venture out into the world to be a light and witness
- Excitement and joy of being a Christian

In my free time, I enjoy reading comic books, superheroes, and Star Wars. I am also a member of the 501st Legion, a Star Wars costuming group who visits hospitals, raises money for Hospice and Make-A-Wish, and helps out by giving back to our communities.
